Notice of guarantee of satisfaction
Classical Reference.com guarantees your satisfaction of all subscriptions for a period of more than one week sold. We consider the week-long subscription times to be trial periods. You may apply for a refund for any part of your subscription not yet used, and the pro-rated portion will be refunded via the same means by which you paid for the subscription.
Thus, if you subscribe for a month and pay $15.00, and use only one week's worth of the service, we will refund the amount of $15.00 less the $5.00 charge for the week you used.
